Refund policy

  1. Returns for Store Credit: If you wish to return your purchase for any reason other than damage, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue you store credit for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping expenses.

  2. Full Refund for Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer support team immediately with details and photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the damaged item. Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will issue you a full refund for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping expenses. Alternatively, if feasible and agreed upon, we may offer to replace the damaged item.

  3. Refund for Late Delivery: If your order does not arrive within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support team to report the issue. We will investigate the delay and, if it is determined that the delay is due to reasons within our control, we will issue you a full refund for the original purchase amount, including any shipping expenses paid.

  4. Return Shipping: For both store credit returns and damaged item returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping expenses. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  5. Eligibility and Exceptions: Please note the following eligibility and exceptions for returns and refunds:

    • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged upon arrival.
    • Sales or discounted items may be eligible for store credit returns, but refunds will be issued based on the amount paid after any discounts.
    • Returns made after the 14-day period will not be accepted, except in cases of damaged items.

  6. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item or confirm eligibility for a refund, please allow us a reasonable amount of time to process your return and issue the appropriate refund or store credit. We will make our best efforts to process returns as quickly as possible.
